Chief Ralph Uwazuruike, leader and founder of the Movement for the Actualisation for Sovereign State of Biafra and the Biafran Independent Movement, MASSOB, has alleged that the Federal Government is aiding the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, to cause crisis in Igboland ahead of the 2019 general elections.
Uwazuruike, who stated this on Saturday while addressing some journalists in Owerri, wondered how Kanu could escape out of the country when all his travelling documents had been seized by the government.
He said, “How can Kanu leave the shores of this country when all his traveling documents had been seized? He was aided by government agents so that the Federal Government will have reasons to terrorise our people anyhow.”
He said Kanu was not working for Biafra but for pecuniary reasons, personal interest and self aggrandisement.
