BREAKING NEWS: Shekau in new video declares end to hostilities, [WATCH VIDEO]… urges followers to surrender

Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau who was rumoured to have been killed surface in new video advising, pleading with his followers to show understanding in what he made them went through, while also urging them to “surrender to save themselves.”

In the video trending online, Abubakar Shekau, who had grown emaciated and looked calm throughout his speech in Hausa Language told his followers that “his campaign of violence has ended”.
Daily Correspondents could not however independently verify the authenticity of the video.

But Daily Correspondents can report that the Director Army Public Relations, Col Mustapha Anka, while briefing a BBC Hausa service correspondent on Wednesday on the successes so far recorded by Operation LAFIYA DOLE in the Northeast, said many Boko Haram terrorists have surrendered to troops in the last few weeks.

Col. Anka attributed such feat to the suffering and hunger the terrorists have been subject to by the Nigerian military.

    These people are already among us, Shekau advised his followers to surrender in other to enroll into the British zoo-Nigeria army, to decimate the Biafrans, We understand their game strategy.

    This may be a ploy for the Nigerian Army and its allied forces (The multinational Armed Forces), to relax their military campaigns against the insurgents, so that, the Boko-Haram will capitalize on the situation to strike deadly massive onslaught against the unsuspecting publics.
